What items will be shipped after the order is placed?

BELLA MODA will send products from the order after you have confirmed your order, and will ship them in a timely manner with priority given to items with a single order.

Products will be shipped from 【3-7 business days excluding Sundays and holidays】 after your order is confirmed.

※ For items marked as “pre-order” or “pre-sale,” the shipping will occur after the product is completed.
※ There may be instances where shipping is delayed due to high demand. Please be aware.

※ The above timeframe is based on business days. Shipping may not occur on holidays. After shipping is completed, the tracking number will be notified via email.

Order confirmation emails will be sent

If your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email titled “Order Confirmation Email (Automatic Delivery)” at the time of your order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Can I change the size or color after placing my order?

We will respond to inquiries about changes before processing your order.

Can I change the delivery address before the product is shipped?

We will respond to inquiries about changes before shipping your product.

Changes after shipping may not be possible, so please be aware.

Even if the shipping period has passed, I have not received my product.

Additionally, if you have entered an incorrect address during registration, it may cause delays in shipping, so please be careful.

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping fees are as follows: for purchases of 10,000 yen or more in Japan, shipping is free; for purchases of 800 yen or more, a shipping fee applies. For purchases below 10,000 yen, a shipping fee of 800 yen applies.
Shipping fees to islands and other remote areas will depend on the purchase amount, which is set at 2,500 yen.



For all other countries outside Japan, shipping is free for purchases of 15,000 yen or more, and a shipping fee of $20 applies for purchases below 15,000 yen.

Also, shipping to islands will incur additional shipping fees depending on the number of items ordered.

Can I specify a shipping date?

You can specify a shipping date. Please be aware.

Can I ship to overseas?

Shipping to overseas is possible.

However, please note that there may be delays in shipping notifications. At that time, we will notify you.

These payment methods can be used with the account information registered with them.

Other payment methods

Credit cards are not required, and payments can be made with only the account number. Multiple purchases can also be made as long as they are completed by the 10th of the month.

By registering for Paidy, you can increase the amount of payment that is usually available.

*The number of installments for credit cards and bank transfers is free.

**You must register for the first installment when using it. Moreover, the amount of the first installment must be over 3,000 yen.

Is the confirmation email after payment received?

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

Once you have confirmed the payment method, you cannot change it.

What happens if I select a delivery method?

Regarding the delivery method selected, you will receive a notification email from Paidy.

About the product

There may be differences in color between the product images and the actual product.

Differences in color may occur due to lighting conditions at the time of shooting, the viewing environment (outdoors, indoors, etc.), and the color display settings.

Where can I verify the details about the product?

Since I couldn't receive the product, could I resend it?

If the non-delivery ticket has been issued, please contact the distributor for re-delivery.

If delivery cannot be made due to address discrepancies, we cannot resend the product from our company, so please understand.
In cases where long-term non-delivery or acceptance refusal has occurred, we will ask for a return fee (around 1500 yen) for the resending, so please understand.


In cases where re-delivery is not done within 7 days from non-delivery or acceptance refusal, the distributor will destroy it, so please understand. Also, if the distributor has destroyed it, please understand that you will have to bear the return fee.

If you are not at the delivery location, please confirm that you have not recorded your address.

About returns and refunds

What should I do if I want to request a return or refund for the product?
