For lump-sum payment
  • Invoices for the confirmed monthly charges are issued on the 1st of the following month (closing at month-end), with notification via email/SMS by the 3rd.
  • Payment methods include convenience store payment (convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and automatic bank withdrawal.
  • Payment due date is the 10th for convenience store and bank transfer payments. For automatic withdrawal, deduction is on the 12th. However, the date may be the 20th for January and May billing cycles.
  • A processing fee applies per monthly payment depending on the payment method. Convenience store payment: 356 yen (tax included). Bank transfer: transfer fees are borne by the customer. No processing fee for automatic withdrawal.
  • For installment payments Payment begins two months after the application (usage) date.
  • Please check your payment statement on MyPaidy or the monthly invoice.

Product Delivery Period

Products will be shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. For products marked as presale/pre-order, shipment will be within 3 business days after production is completed.
If presale/pre-order products and standard products are ordered together, all items will be shipped together after the presale/pre-order products arrive.

Cancellations & Returns/Exchanges

Cancellations (Order Cancellation)
As orders are automatically processed after placement, cancellations are generally not accepted. Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been processed. Orders containing presale/pre-order products cannot be cancelled for any reason.
 
Product Returns & Exchanges
Customers wishing to return a product should submit a return/exchange request via the "Contact Form." After your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for the return shipping method. However, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in any of the following cases. Please understand this in advance.
Please note that return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Conditions for Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items
  • If a return/exchange request is not submitted within 3 days of product arrival
  • If the return/exchange is requested for customer convenience
  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling
  • If product tags or accessories are missing
  • If the product is returned by a method other than the one specified by us
  • Products sold under special conditions such as coupons
  • Orders marked as non-returnable on the product or campaign page (*1)
  • Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other products that come in direct contact with skin

*Cancellations due to extended absence or refusal to accept delivery after shipment cannot be accommodated.
*In cases of extended absence or delivery refusal, re-shipping costs, labor costs, and other expenses will be charged.
*If you do not accept delivery due to extended absence or refusal, the package will be held by the carrier for a limited period. If not claimed within the deadline, it may be disposed of. We bear no responsibility if products are disposed of due to non-acceptance.
Special Terms for International Sales
For international orders, if delivery becomes impossible due to failure to submit customs information (personal ID, etc.) or unpaid customs duties, this will be treated as a cancellation at the customer's request, and no refund of product price or shipping fees will be issued. Please understand this in advance.

 
If There Is a Defect in Your Delivered Product (Defective Items or Wrong Items)
We will handle this through a return or product exchange. Please submit a return/exchange request via the "Contact Form." After your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for the return shipping method. However, returns/exchanges may not be accepted in any of the following cases.
Return/exchange shipping costs for defective items are covered by us.
