- The payment methods include a combination of credit card (credit card settings), bank transfer, and PayID.
- The payment deadline is until the 10th of the month for credit card and bank transfer. For PayID, it will be until the 12th. However, for January and May, the deadline will be the 20th.
- Additionally, each month, the payment request (application) will generate a manual for the number of payments. The credit card payment amount will be 356 yen (tax included), and the bank transfer amount will be provided to the customer. For PayID, no payment amount will be generated.
- In case of a split payment, requests (for use) will be sent from the beginning of the following month.
- The payment confirmation letter will be sent out monthly for verification.
Product Delivery Period
After purchasing the product, we will confirm the payment and deliver the product within 3-7 business days. Furthermore, for products with presale or reservation listings, the product will be shipped within 3 business days after the production is complete.Additionally, for products that have presale or reservation listings and are ordered under the same order, the products will be shipped together after the presale or reservation listings have been completed.Cancel and Exchange
Canceling an order (to remove the order).After placing an order, the original cancelation will be accepted. The cancellation is limited to the time before the order is processed. Additionally, for products that have presale or reservation listings, cancellation will be accepted.Product returns and exchangesFor customers who wish to return products, we kindly ask you to submit your "Inquiry Form" for returns and exchanges. After your inquiry is completed, we will provide details such as the return and exchange methods. However, the following conditions must be met for the return and exchange to be accepted. Please be sure to confirm in advance.Also, the shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.Conditions for return and exchange not accepted- If the customer does not submit the return and exchange request within 3 days after the product arrives.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product after the designated period.
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or contamination.
- If there are any missing parts or accessories of the product.
- If the product was sent outside the specified method set by the company.
- In cases where products are sold under special conditions, such as coupons, the return and exchange will not be accepted ( *1 )
- Products that have been directly touched by the skin, such as underwear, swimsuits, and other items that are directly in contact with the body.
