Article 2 [Application of These Terms]

These Terms are established for users utilizing the Service provided by the Operator via the Internet. Users are deemed to have accepted the contents of these Terms at the time they begin using the Service.

Article 3 [Changes to These Terms]

The Operator may change all or part of these Terms at its discretion without prior notice to users or purchasers, and may establish new supplementary terms. Changes or additions to these Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the site providing the Service, and the Service provided after the effective date shall be governed by the changed or added terms.

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or purchasers due to changes or additions to these Terms, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or not.

Article 4 [Purchase of Products]

• Users may purchase products from the Operator using the Service.
• Users who wish to purchase products shall apply in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by the Operator.
• When a user confirms the delivery address, order contents, etc. entered/registered in connection with the application and clicks the button to place the order, and a confirmation email from the Operator reaches the user, a sales contract for the product shall be established between the user and the Operator.
• Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate activity related to the use of the Service, the Operator may take appropriate measures including cancellation or termination of the sales contract.
• Minor users may not purchase products using the Service without the prior consent of a qualified legal representative.

Article 5 [Changes to Registration Information]

Purchasers shall promptly notify the Operator if there is any change to the name, address, or other information registered at the time of purchase. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages caused by failure to update registration information. Even if registration information is updated, transactions for which procedures were already completed before the update shall be based on the pre-update information.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

• The payment amount for products shall be the total of the product selling price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling fees.
• Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be limited to credit card payment in the purchaser's own name, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other payment methods prescribed by the Operator.
• When paying by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the conditions separately agreed upon with the credit card company. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the credit card company shall be resolved responsibly between them.
• When using a designated payment method and entering into a separate agreement with the payment company (including but not limited to agreeing to the payment method terms), the purchaser shall comply with the conditions agreed upon with the payment company. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the payment company shall be resolved responsibly between them.

Article 7 [Product Returns]

The Operator shall handle product returns from purchasers in accordance with the "Special Terms Regarding Returns" in the [Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure] posted on the site.

Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]

The Operator shall handle personal information in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 [Prohibited Actions]

The following actions are prohibited for users or purchasers when using the Service:

1. Actions that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or the Operator
2. Actions that infringe or may infringe on the copyrights, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or the Operator
3. Actions contrary to public order and morals or that violate or may violate laws and regulations
4. Use of Content obtained through the Service outside the scope of private use by users or purchasers
5. Actions of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or making public Content obtained through the Service through other users or third parties, and similar actions
6. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service and other services provided by the Operator
7. Actions that the Operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate, such as damaging the Operator's credibility or reputation
8. Other actions that the Operator determines to be inappropriate

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

1. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages caused to third parties due to violations of these Terms by users or purchasers.
2. The Operator makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Service content or information obtained through the Service.
3. Even if the Content disclosed or posted on the Service contains false or misleading information, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disadvantages incurred by users or purchasers.
4. The Operator shall not be liable for any defects in quality, material, function, performance, compatibility with other products, or other aspects of products sold through the Service, or any damages, losses, or disadvantages arising therefrom.
5. If a purchaser fails to accept, refuses, or is unable to receive a product due to extended absence, unknown delivery address, or any other reason attributable to the purchaser, the Operator shall be released from the delivery obligation by contacting the purchaser at the registered contact information and delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase.

Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]

Content provided through the Service shall belong exclusively to the Operator or third parties who hold legitimate rights. If any problem arises between a user or purchaser and a third party due to violation of this Article, the user or purchaser shall resolve the problem at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damages, losses, or disadvantages to the Operator.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

All matters related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]

If any question arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Operator may determine its interpretation within a reasonable scope. All disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
